Kristin is the founder of Lane Salon and creator of Lane Extended. Passionate about education and leadership, she has built a team committed to exceptional guest experiences, beautiful hair, and continuous growth. While she still works behind the chair, much of her focus is dedicated to mentoring stylists and supporting the success of the Lane team.
