Salon Policies

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

We require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the estimated total for the booked services and this charge will be automatically billed to your credit card on file. Should you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the booked services and will be automatically billed to your credit card on file. A credit card is required to secure your appointment. If credit card on file does not go through for any reason, you will be required to pay the cancellation & no-show policy fees before scheduling another appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

In order to continue providing the best possible service to our guests, we will not allow any clients' late arrival to affect another guest. If you arrive to the salon more than 5 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may not be able to complete all of your services scheduled for the day. You can choose to eliminate the cut or blow-dry service. However, you will still be charged for all services booked for that day. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to complete your services and the cancellation fees will apply to all scheduled services. This policy allows for our stylists to have plenty of time to serve each guest thoroughly and will ensure we are on time for your at each visit.

REDO POLICY

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit. If after reviewing the consultation form you and your stylist completed together, we can see that we missed the mark in the execution of your services, we will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. If your are simply looking for a different result than what was agreed upon in the consultation, we will be happy to quote you a refinement rate, which will allow us to shift your look based on your new goals. Every effort will be made to get you back into the salon within 7 days of your redo request. Please note that if you do not notify us within 7 days of your dissatisfaction, the redo policy becomes null and void and any requested changes will be billed accordingly to our service menu and pricing.

RETAIL RETURN POLICY

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.

Retail purchase refunds are not available, we will exchange your purchase that we believe is better suited to meet you needs and goals.  

Products brought to the salon for an exchange between 30-90 days after purchase will be eligible for a 50% exchange credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for any products that were shipped to you directly by our salon.

PAYMENT POLICY

A credit card is required to secure your appointment.

If you do not arrive for you appointment, or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled visit, you will be charged according to the cancellation policy stated above.

The full rate of the services agreed upon is due at the time of the service completion.  We accept payments in the form of cash or credit/debit cards only.

If you are unable to pay for services in full using either payment method, your lack of payment will be reported to the Mecklenburg County Sheriff within 24 hours of you visit.

CLIENT POSSESSIONS

Client robes are provided for all of our guests.  This is to protect your clothing during our services.

We will not be help responsible for any damage to client possessions such as clothing, jewelry, shoes, purses, etc.

Please be-mindful of what you are wearing to your hair appointment.  We do not want to get color on your nice clothing, so please change into one of our robes.  If you are wearing a turtleneck or hoodie you will most likely be asked to change into a robe.
